The Philadelphia Department of Public Health's (PDPH) STD Control Program is committed to ensuring that anyone in Philadelphia who needs a condom, has one! Currently, the STD Control Program provides condoms for distribution to over 100 unique sites across Philadelphia. These sites ensure that the condoms are available, for free, to anyone who requests them.
